G2i is the engineering layer powering AI training. We help frontier AI labs build more capable models through expert training data, rigorous evaluations, and custom reinforcement learning environments. Our senior and staff-level engineers turn real software workflows into tasks, rubrics, and training environments that challenge models and improve their performance. For over a decade, we’ve built a selective network of engineers with deep expertise across software, infrastructure, design, machine learning, and security. We bring that production experience to AI post-training, from RLHF and supervised fine-tuning datasets to complex agent workflows.
