Job Description
Dynime is seeking proactive, organized, and people-focused HR Executives to support our global hiring operations and day-to-day human resources functions. This role blends full-cycle recruitment with general HR responsibilities, ensuring we attract, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a positive employee experience.
As part of our People & Culture team, you will collaborate closely with department leaders across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership to recruit top talent worldwide. Beyond recruitment, you will help maintain HR processes, employee records, onboarding programs, performance support, engagement initiatives, and HR compliance.

Work Model & Location: This is a remote-first role with global regional hiring. Team members can work remotely from any of the listed regions and have the option to collaborate from a nearby Dynime office when needed.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, HR Operations, or General Management.
Professionals with experience recruiting for technology, SaaS, software development, AI, consulting, or digital agencies are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary Range
Compensation is determined by experience, regional market, interview performance, and overall qualifications. Annual salary reviews and performance-based bonuses are available.
About the Role
As an HR Executive, you will manage the complete hiring lifecycle while supporting day-to-day HR operations. You will identify top talent, coordinate interviews, facilitate onboarding, maintain HR documentation, support employee engagement, and help ensure a consistent employee experience across your assigned region.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both candidates and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Write and publish job descriptions across multiple hiring platforms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate technical assessments and interview schedules.
Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and support successful hiring outcomes.
Maintain an excellent candidate experience.
Employer Branding
Promote Dynime's employer brand across recruitment channels.
Create engaging recruitment campaigns.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Participate in career fairs, webinars, university partnerships, and community events.
Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives.
Employee Onboarding
Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
Prepare employment documentation.
Ensure system and tool access before joining.
Introduce company policies, culture, and workflows.
Support managers during onboarding and probation.
General HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
Assist with HR policy implementation.
Coordinate employee confirmations, promotions, and contract renewals.
Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities.
Support learning and development initiatives.
Conduct employee feedback surveys.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Assist in recognition and reward programs.
HR Compliance
Ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support documentation and HR audits.
Assist leadership with HR reporting and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for software, SaaS, AI, digital agencies, consulting, or technology companies.
Experience hiring internationally or across multiple countries.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Flowmingo, Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar systems.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Understanding of employer branding strategies.
Knowledge of HRIS platforms.
Basic understanding of labor regulations within your assigned region.
Experience working with distributed global teams.
